After two lazy days I'm off for precious uninterrupted studio hours. Amazing how some work makes me feel free.

Just finished a small in between order, six mosaic tiles for the repaired kitchen in one of Konstepidemin's guest studios.

Much larger: Jennifer Forsberg's commission for a children's swimmingpool.

birthday work report

Work in progress, bits and pieces slowly coming together. The garden for the elderlies is ahead, most preparations done, all materals ordered and decisions made. The wall for rehab swim bath in Växjö still in test stage, but advancing.

Yesterday, birthday celebration. All greetings made me happy, both real an virtual :)

english spring

Been a short trip to England and Yorkshire and met the English spring. Long walks, in between work meetings, in soft hill landscapes and parks. How lovely. Reason to be there; representing KHVC at a conference arranged by Crysalis Arts, an artist led, clever company for the Arts in Yorkshire.

A full day about tourism and the arts, at Fountain's Abbey and Studley Royal. History present.

getting started

I'm slowly getting started with my commissions. First all those boring preparations before getting hands on. Teenage assistant great help assorting all old pieces stashed in buckets everywhere, while I make slip tests, order this and that and most of all clear my space. New order.

Another bigger Art Factory at Konstepidemin - Pia König's 600 small sculptures for the hotel rooms at newly opened Clarion Post hotel in Göteborg. Artists Per Agelii and Per Petersson help her with this huge undertaking, along with other helping hands.
