Long day spent doing office work, very efficient. Escaped only for a long fika break when an old friend came to visit.
Good thing: fabulous bakery opened next door to the office Alvar & Ivar surdegsbageri, Kastellgatan 11. Delicious!
I googled for the house number, and discovered that another neighbor shop is also a blogger. Pass her window every dag and read her prints, Mayor Ekeblad. And she has a blog.

Thank you from someone in Washington DC. A very exciting day yesterday. He is energetic, intelligent and hands-on and surrounded by more of the same so we'll see how 2009 shapes up. I think everyone is in this together.
